What you are actually buying
Priced as one contract, staged in the order the ground demands. Each stage below is a thing we do ourselves.
We do not subcontract the clearing and we do not leave before the gates hang square.

Nothing gets set until the line is open, flagged and read for grade. We cut a working corridor wide enough to swing a pounder, pull the stumps that sit where posts belong, and note every low spot and water crossing before a single post goes in.

A fence fails at its corners long before it fails in the middle, so that is where the money goes. Line posts are driven rather than dug wherever the ground allows it, which leaves the surrounding soil tight instead of backfilled loose.

Wire is pulled to tension, not to feel. Splices are crimped rather than knotted, every line post gets stapled, and the run is walked end to end twice before we call it finished and hang the gates.
Tell us the length and the stock it has to hold. We will quote the whole run, staged the way we build it.
